  17. I have been following your blog for a number a weeks. I have a son who died of AML five years ago. Though our family was relieved to see him be relieved of his cancerous body we desperately missed him (and at times still do) when he moved on to the spirit world. My heart goes out to your family. What a great comfort it is to know we will see our family members again. I have felt my son near many times since his moving on and know you will feel Tanner too.

  22. Kristi and Robert, my heart is so full of pain for your family. I have been praying for you and thinking about you so much. Tanner is such an amazing young man and you have been the most wonderful parents to him. You will be greatly blessed for raising such a stalwart young man who is needed on the other side to serve his mission. It was really special for me to be able to spend some time with Tanner last month while we were there for Erin's clinic appointments. This has been so hard and such a long trial, but I know that you have seen blessings and miracles all the way through. You are strong and you understand the importance of the eternal aspect of life, it doesn't diminsh the pain of your loss, but it will help you to cope and continue to push on.

We love you so much. We feel so close to your family. We will forever be your friends.

    Love,
John & Jill Hughes (and kids: Cecily, Caleb, and Erin)
